Shipping & Returns
Independent Adventure will aim to dispatch orders within two days of payment. Unless otherwise stated, we will use Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel Service. Expect to receive your goods within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Although we aim to have the goods with you as soon as possible, delays do occur, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Under Distance Selling Regulations the buyer has up to seven working days from receiving the order in which to return it for a full refund including P&P. Independent Adventure will accept returns of this nature as long as the goods are unopened and in a fully resaleable condition. Return shipping to us must be via a recorded or trackable delivery service at your own expense. In order for us to process your return efficiently, please contact us before sending any goods.
