Carlisle City Council have a great time shooting with Talkin Adventures

Client: Carlisle City Council
Objectives: To build relationship bonds and confidence for a group of apprentices from different departments.

Package: A full day of activities began with a breakfast briefing in the Talkin Tarn Tea Rooms. A relaxed archery session focused on enjoyment, peer support and group encouragement. Orienteering provided the opportunity for small teams to work towards a common goal. Lunch was followed be The Treasure Chest challenge to focus on communication through problem solving.

Success: All participants had a great time and became much more confident with one-another throughout the day. Reports following the day confirm that relationships back at work have improved and the group review sessions within the organisation have been more productive.

Testimonial:
"Thank you for making our Apprentice Team Building Event a success. We were happy with how you organised the fun packed day for us, it was excellent. All of the apprentices thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the weather, although wet, did not make any difference. There was a good variety of games and everyone worked well as a team to solve problems and gain those winning points, the interaction was energetic and even we couldn't help but join in.

The expectations were very clear and it was interesting to watch them having to work together as a group. The event totally exceeded our expectations, brilliant activities and brilliant hosting. The staff were so enthusiastic and patient with the group. Talkin Adventures went the extra mile to ensure everyone had a great time.

We felt in safe hands throughout the whole process. An amazing event, setup, staff, service and definitely a day colleagues will remember for many years to come!

Thank you so much to Darren. The event would not have been anywhere near as successful without you. The feedback has been amazing!

I will be recommending this to other teams in the City Council."
