BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR TEENS IN CARLISLE, CUMBRIA
Looking for the ideal birthday party idea for older kids? If they've outgrown the softplay, trampoline and craft parties in Carlisle, then an adventure experience could be just what you're looking for!
Our core activities of Archery, Canoeing, Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding are ideal for small groups looking to have fun. These can easily be booked through our online calendar for up to 8 participants, or get in touch for larger groups.
Many parents have made the most of Talkin Tarn and kept costs down by arranging a picnic and cake to follow the activity. If the weather is a worry then there are a few options for shelter, here at Talkin Tarn.
For small groups, our waterfront cabin can be made available, with large windows to watch the fun on the water and enjoy a round of cake, the log cabin for a more traditional party space, and our repurposed parachute tarpaulin in the woods for an outdoor feel.

Choose from a wide range of adventure activities for a private event, or take a look at our scheduled holiday clubs during Easter and Summer for your ideal activity combination.
Whether you’re looking to keep the kids busy during the school holidays, or organise valuable outdoor experiences for disadvantaged children and young people, our wide range of out of school activities offer an opportunity to get some fresh air in a safe and exciting environment.
Suitable for children, teens (and adults) from 9 years old, our activities include archery, canoeing, kayaking, orienteering, raft building and problem solving challenges. We have small group sizes to ensure that each participant gets a high level of coaching and supervision.
As a PTA or "Friends of" group, you may wish to bring our activities into school for summer fairs or summer camps.
We regularly arrange archery sessions for individuals and school holiday adventure day camps providing supervision and childcare as your children enjoy a range of activities.
Between April and July, (and a bonus in September), your child may enjoy learning more skills in the outdoors with our regular Sunday Morning Adventure Club for years 5, 6 and 7. Work towards PaddleUK Start and Discover Awards with land based experiences in bad weather.
