Experience Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Cumbria, at the beautiful Talkin Tarn Country Park! Our qualified and experienced SUP instructor will introduce you to this fantastic activity and ensure you have a superb time as you paddle around the Tarn.

Our taster sessions last for around one and a half hours, and include all equipment, coaching and use of warm showers and changing rooms.
